1. Eligibility for Returns

 
  • Return Window: You may initiate a return within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery (as confirmed by tracking information). Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
  • Product Condition: To qualify for a return, items must be:
    • Unused, undamaged, and in their original condition (no scratches, tarnishing, or signs of wear).
    • Complete with original packaging, tags, and all accompanying accessories (e.g., backings, gift boxes, certificates).
    • Unaltered (e.g., resized, engraved, or modified jewelry is non-returnable unless defective).
     
  • Non-Returnable Items: Customized products, earrings with broken hygiene seals (for health/safety reasons), and clearance/sale items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or refunds.
 

2. Return Process

 
  1. Request Return Authorization (RA):

    • We will respond within 1-2 business days with an RA number and return shipping instructions. Returns sent without a valid RA number will be rejected.
     
  2. Ship the Return:

    • Include the RA number and a copy of your order confirmation inside the package.
    • Ship the return to the address provided by our team. You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error, e.g., defective product, wrong item sent).
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining the tracking number for reference. Candace Rae Trade LLC is not liable for lost or damaged return packages.
     
 

3. Refund Policy

 
  • Inspection & Processing: Once we receive your return (typically 3-5 business days after delivery to our warehouse), we will inspect the item to verify eligibility.
  • Refund Timing: Approved refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days of inspection. You will receive an email notification once the refund is issued.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account (processing times vary by bank/payment provider).
  • Deductions: No restocking fees will be charged for eligible returns. However, if the item is returned in a non-eligible condition (e.g., damaged, missing parts), we reserve the right to deduct a 20-30% restocking fee or deny the refund.
